Book Description

Ukulele, Mommy and Me is a fun book/CD set which lets the family learn together. You will meet Koko and his friends who will help your child to discover new words and sentences in sunny Hawaii. Written by English teachers, the book has 13 fun lessons on many subjects including greetings, introductions, numbers, the alphabet and more for children aged 3-7yrs. Conversations and new words are on the CD so you can read and practice along with the book. Every lesson also has a simple, catchy song to let your child practice the new words. There is more fun learning in the review pages where children can color pictures, draw and do listening exercises. For parents, each lesson has a simple music score to play along with. Two well-known Hawaiian songs have also been included at the end of the book. There is a Japanese translation for each lesson and there is also an English-Japanese glossary at the end of the book so no knowledge of English is needed.
